Post 125 - Frankie J. Holden - My Right Of Way / Chartered Accountant Blues


Frankie J. Holden was born Peter Brian on the 18th of December 1952. During the 70's Holden was the front man for Ol' 55, which also included Wilbur Wilde. In the late 90's Holden became the host of the Monday evening variety show In Melbourne Tonight, co-featuring Julia Morris and Denise Drysdale. He has also appeared in dramas Round the Twist, Prisoner, A Country Practice, Something in the Air, Police Rescue and Underbelly. He has four children; three girls with his first wife, and another child from his second marriage. His first wife, dancer Melda Rees, died in 1997 from cancer. Holden married popular actress Michelle Pettigrove two years later. The single here for you to download is "My Right Of Way" b/w "Chartered Accountant Blues" (K-6748).

Thank you very much for your interest and help. May I also ask you if you happen to have any of these that I've been seeking for a long time now:
-The song "Homework’s Done"(B side to "Time To Rock ‘n’ Roll) by Ol'55.
-The songs from the Ol'55 cassette 'Let's Have A Party' released in 1983.

Emiliano I will be doing a complete singles collection very soon on Ol'55. The cassette is a hard one to find because it was only sold at their shows as far as I can tell. But will do my best to find. :)
